To get started: customization requires a confirmed minimum quantity and a clear application scenario — feasibility and lead time are confirmed before quoting.
Please note: not every grade can be customized — we confirm what is feasible per product.
Packaging & Logistics
Packaging options per product, export documentation coordination, and delivery arrangements to your destination port.
To get started: document types and lead times are confirmed with your quotation, based on product, quantity and destination.

How do I request a sample, and is it charged?
Request a sample through the contact form — tell us the product and application. The sample policy (quantity, cost, freight) is confirmed with your request before dispatch.
How long does a sample take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the product, destination and shipping method — it is confirmed when your sample request is arranged.
What is the minimum quantity for a custom grade?
The minimum is confirmed per product and specification — it depends on the grade, particle size and packaging involved. Ask us before quoting.
Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes, third-party inspection (e.g. a designated surveyor) can be arranged on request for specific shipments — cost and arrangement are confirmed with your order.
When do I get the documents (COA / TDS / SDS)?
TDS and SDS are available on request or with the quotation; the COA is released with your shipment, matched to batch.
