What We Check — and Why
Three things matter to every buyer of chemical raw materials: batches that match each other, parameters that meet the agreed specification, and documents you can trace back to a batch. Our quality work is organized around these three.
- Batch consistency — every shipment documented against its batch
- Parameters on spec — key parameters verified per product
- Traceable documents — COA, TDS and SDS tied to the shipment

Quality Control Process
Four Steps, From Partner to Shipment
01
Partner Qualification
Manufacturing partners are selected and their capabilities, specifications and quality systems are reviewed before supply.
02
Incoming Batch Verification
Each batch is checked against the agreed specification; key parameters are verified and documented.
03
Pre-shipment Inspection
Products, packaging and labels are inspected before loading and dispatch.
04
COA With Shipment
A Certificate of Analysis is released with the shipment, matched to batch, alongside TDS and SDS.
Why it works for you: because every step is documented, a quality question can always be traced back to the batch, the inspection and the documents that accompanied it.
Inspection Items
What We Test, Per Product
Typical key parameters for pentaerythritol and related products. Methods and items follow the product specification; detailed reports are available on request.
| Parameter | Typical method | What it confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Assay (purity) | Gas chromatography (GC) | Main component content against grade specification |
| Moisture | Karl Fischer titration | Water content within specification |
| Ash content | Ignition / residue on ignition | Inorganic residue within specification |
| Particle size distribution | Laser diffraction / sieve analysis | Target particle size, especially for micronized grades |
| Appearance | Visual inspection | Color and physical form consistent with grade |
Documentation & Traceability
Every Batch Can Be Traced
Certificate of Analysis
The COA records batch number, tested parameters and results, and release date — so you can match the document to the physical goods you received.
Batch traceability
Incoming verification, inspection and shipment records are linked to the batch number. If an issue comes up, we can trace back to the source and the checks performed.
Exceptions
How Special Requirements Are Handled
Custom grades are tested against the specification agreed for that order, not the standard grade spec.
Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or a designated surveyor) can be arranged on request for specific shipments. If a parameter is outside our standard testing scope, we will tell you before quoting — not after.
Request a COA or spec sheet
Tell us your product and grade — we will send a COA sample and the relevant specification documents.
