Products & Specifications

What products do you supply?

We supply three families: the pentaerythritol series (pentaerythritol, dipentaerythritol, micronized grades, PETS), resin and coating materials (rosin esters, EVA resin, polyethylene wax, hydrocarbon resin), and metals, fertilizers and specialty chemicals. The full list with CAS numbers is on the products page.

How do I choose the right pentaerythritol grade?

It depends on your application and target performance — technical and mono grades differ in assay, and micronized grades add a controlled particle size. Tell us your application and we will recommend a grade; the selection logic is also covered in our technical articles.

Can you customize specifications?

Yes — custom grades, particle sizes, packaging and labels are possible, subject to a confirmed minimum quantity and a clear application scenario. Feasibility is confirmed before quoting. See Custom Grades.

Where can I find specification data?

Product cards show reference values for grades (confirmed against the COA with each shipment). Detailed specifications are in the TDS documents, available by request.

Ordering & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ is 1 MT, confirmed per product and grade with your quotation. Small sample quantities are available on request.

How do I get a quotation?

Submit the quote request form or email us — you will receive a quotation with confirmed specification, packaging, quantity and destination details.

What should I include in an inquiry?

The most useful information: product name or CAS number, target specification or grade, quantity, packaging and destination country. The more specific, the faster we can quote. See the tips on the contact page.

Can I place a small trial order?

Yes — small quantities and samples are available on request. Terms (quantity, cost, freight) are confirmed with your request before we proceed.

Samples

Can you provide samples?

Yes — sample requests are supported for lab and pilot testing. Tell us the product and application, and we will confirm the sample policy (quantity, cost, freight) with your request.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the product, destination and shipping method — it is confirmed when your sample request is arranged.

Who pays for sample shipping?

Freight terms are confirmed with your sample request, based on the product and destination.

Documents & Compliance

What documents come with an order?

Every shipment includes a COA matched to batch, TDS and SDS for the product, plus commercial invoice and packing list. See the download center for the full document list.

What is the difference between TDS, SDS and COA?

TDS is the technical data sheet for selection (specifications); SDS is the safety data sheet for safe handling (GHS format); COA is the batch test result for quality verification. The difference is explained in detail on the download center.

Do you provide a COA for every batch?

Yes — a Certificate of Analysis is released with each shipment, matched to batch. A sample format is available on request; the actual document follows the shipped batch.

Do you provide ISO, REACH or RoHS documents?

Yes, on request and per product and destination. Certification coverage and scope are confirmed before we send documents — see Certifications & Compliance.

Shipping & Packaging

What packaging do you use?

Standard options are 25 kg bags and 500 kg jumbo bags, confirmed per product and grade. Custom packaging is possible on request. See Logistics.

Can you customize packaging and labels?

Yes — custom bag sizes, labels and markings can be arranged for repeat orders, subject to a minimum quantity.

How long is the lead time?

Lead time is confirmed with your quotation, based on the product, quantity, packaging and destination. It is communicated transparently and updated if anything changes.

Which port do you ship from?

We ship from Chinese ports; the specific port is confirmed with your quotation based on the destination and route.

Payment & Quality

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the quotation.

How do you ensure quality?

Through partner qualification, incoming batch verification, pre-shipment inspection and a COA with every shipment. The full process is on the quality system page.

What happens if there is a quality issue?

Every batch is traceable. If an issue is confirmed, we investigate the batch records and work out a resolution with you according to the agreed terms.

Can you arrange third-party inspection?

Yes — third-party inspection (e.g. a designated surveyor) can be arranged on request for specific shipments. Cost and arrangements are confirmed with your order.
